We had a mainline water leak right next to the foundation on a weekend.... I called Jamie and she was able to have them come right out. Corey was on call and arrived quickly, prepared, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Corey did great work. Fixed the difficult problem. It was an event that ruined our weekend but they had it fixed and back to new quickly. Will definitely be using again! Great customer service.

Kempton and Self did an outstanding job repiping our home in February 2025. First, Corey Kempton figured out a way to save me $450 over the original quote. by rerouting the pipeline. Then when my husband I (both in our 80’s) got home with a load of mulch in the trunk, Corey and his assistant unloaded it for us. How nice is that? Overall, Corey and his team were skilled and efficient. Yard was left near and clean. We couldn’t be happier!

Picked Kempton & Self Plumbing Services blindly....no regrets!! We're visiting our daughter and her family in Morriston for Christmas. Made a Lowe's purchase of washer and dryer plus paid for the install. Unfortunately when the appliances were delivered we were told they would not be able to do the install. We made an appointment with Kempton to come out. Cory arrived within the time frame promised, evaluated the situation and assured us that he absolutely could hook up the washer and dryer. We had discovered that the clamp from the venting from the dryer to the outside had come off. Cory said he could take care of that. In less than an hour the washer and dryer were hooked up, run and tested and the venting was reattached. Thank you so much.

I cannot recommend Kempton & Self more! When calling in first this this morning, Jamie was great in setting up the same day appointment! Then Jamie called back to let me know that they were available to come out earlier than expected, Corey gave a quote and made arrangements for the job to start in minutes, Mike came out and fixed the issue in no time! The whole process was seamless and the price was more than fair! Both Corey and Mike were very professional and efficient! I highly recommend them and will call them the next time we need anything!

I was most pressed with Kempton & Self for their prompt and efficient service when a slab leak occurred between two hurricanes, Helene and Milton. Cory and his team were also able to repipe my house in record time. I appreciate their hard work and keeping me informed on progress.
